Enrolment for the training can take place at any time, however a minimum of 10 weeks is recommended prior to each
compulsory face to face practicum to complete the online study component of the training.
The course is designed to be flexible to aid individual needs and learning styles.
The online home study assessments can be completed in 2, 4, 6, or 12 months to support the students lifestyle eg. working or parenting fulltime, lending a more relaxed approach to the theory and practise of Yogalates if needed as we know life can be full at times.
We allow for a minimum of 75% of home study to be completed prior to the practicum.
Once all assessments are competently completed the Certificate will be issued.
